The Manu Smriti
The Manu
Smriti, Code of Manu, The law of Manu, The ordinance of Manu. These all names
are of a single book that is called “The Manu Smriti”. In this treaty, the Manu
has propounded law of social classes were existing after Vedic period, to
organized a system, in which all social classes could live in respected manner.
In this
treaty, Manu had set rules for Personal, Social, politics or Nation. These
rules were applicable on Aryans. This Dharmashashtra was based on Veda’s rules
& law. But later, nexus between intellectual class and politics or ruler
class was set and start making the changing in law book according to their
interest. Resultantly, the both classes were getting reach and more powerful
& also banned on education for others so that they could not get education
and knowledge.
One group
of intellectual and ruler had make changes in law treaty and support to other
law makers to develop law, by which they can control over rule and society
according to common interest. Ruler’s group want control over their power and
intellectual group wants control over education. For achieving their goals,
they start dividing society among small groups and supporting that groups.
Gradually,
instead of Manu’s law book, they start professing other small books and assigned
a name like law book. In span of time the one law book convert into more than
hundred law books, but that books do not satisfied the law structure. But ruler
group and intellectuals group start instigate to small books and ban the study
and teaching to others so that all laws and knowledge could be centralized in
limited peoples.
Later on,
this nexus leave the great effect on society and society start breaking in
small & little group, this broken phrase great impact on society and
country.
